GREAT selection of loose tea and teaccessories. Wonderful use of the space, not too crowded. Service was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. All around great experience. I loaded up on way too many flavors, and so far they've all been delicious. Prepare for choice overload and lean on the staff for help choosing. I'll be back like Arnold!

I’m a fan of Ohio Tea Company. They sent me some of their teas recently and I was impressed. My favorites from this shops are the strawberry rosé champagne and the mushroom chai. High quality teas. Yum yum

Savannah Sunrise This is a really beautiful blend, I loved seeing the pops of color throughout the black tea. It had an incredible flavor profile, sweet and fruity with a subtle hint of floral. The orange and peach paired perfectly together. It was so smooth and well-balanced. It was great hot but so bright and refreshing as an iced tea. Highly recommend trying this one! I steeped 2 tsp of tea at 200° for 3 minutes. Updating my original review: Kurt personally called me, sincerely apologized, acknowledged that I was right, and explained that they had temporarily sourced chamomile from a different vendor while waiting for the 2026 harvest. At the store, they fully replaced my 8 oz bag with the new batch and the new batch at the store smelled floral and sweet before taking it home. I greatly appreciate the personal attention, honesty, and willingness to make things right. Original Review: I’ve been a longtime customer of Ohio Tea Company and have always loved their chamomile flowers, which is why this experience was extremely disappointing. My most recent in-store purchase April 3rd 2026 was noticeably different from previous batches. I did not open the bag until April 22nd 2026. I made one cup of tea using 1 tsp out of the 16oz bag. I have attached the screen shots of the date I opened it. When I brewed the tea, it had a faint, toasty/burnt aroma rather than the usual sweet floral scent, and the brewed tea tasted flat and slightly bitter. I contacted Ohio Tea Company right away. I have been coming here for years, definitely one of my all time favorite stores! They have everything you could ever need to enjoy a nice cup of tea, from a large selection of house blends of loose leaf teas to local honey to tea sets. And the staff is amazing, they are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their plum oolong tea, it is amazing whether a new tea drinker or a long time enthusiast, and is very forgiving with using the wrong temperature of water or over steeping. I recently took advantage of their anniversary sale to purchase over 2 pounds of tea, including some of their seasonal options like the sugar plum. Only downside is that they are located on a very busy road near a traffic light, so it can be difficult to turn in or out of their parking lot.
